Observation

A plastic castle climber is placed on play chips but does not have an adequate fall zone following manufacturer guidelines of CPSC guidelines. Page 7 of the CPSC playground safety book states openings on play equipment should be smaller than 3.5 inches. The circle openings of the caterpillar toy is greater than 3.5 inches.
